I enjoyed my time spent with the game, only my lack of knowledge and skill kept me from finishing puzzles – they just became too much for me, but anyone with a logical thinking brain will be able to get the full experience out of Slayaway Camp. With the game being priced so low at $8.99, you can’t go wrong picking this title up.
Even though I haven’t had many negatives to say about this game though, I still wouldn’t recommend people pick this game up at full price, $39.99 is a bit steep for a game if you only plan on playing through it once, without any pvp to keep the multiplayer scene alive, If you do have a group of friends which you can bash out a few playthroughs on various difficulties with, then for sure $39.99 is going to get you more than enough content and quality gameplay though.
The developers (read: parents) deserve you spend two hours of your life to follow this experience yourself. It will put your life into perspective and really make you appreciate what you have. All those small niggling problems that seem like a huge issue right now, are nothing compared to what could truly happen.
